Registration fees include uniforms (2 game jerseys, 1 practice jersey, 2 pairs shorts, 2 pairs socks), 1 week COGI Summer Camp, all fees for licensed coaches and trainers, and ESP Conditioning (for U14-U19).
Notes:
1) All Plantation resident fees include $30 travel sports assessment payable to City of Plantation.
2) All Non-resident fees include $80 travel sports assessment payable to City of Plantation.
3) League fees (including referee fees) for either Early or Regular Season, Region A Cup fees (including referee fees), and State Cup fees (including referee fees) included for all ages.
Additional Discounts:
1) 50% discount for ODP-Alabama and USDA players
2) 75% discount for National pool players.
3) 50% discount for financial hardship (must submit completed application, personal financial statement, and supporting documentation including a 2015 tax return for approval).
4) $100 refund, payable in February, for Grade 9 through Grade 12 high schoolers who submit 1st semester grade report with 3.50 GPA or higher. If you already are receiving a discount you do not qualify for this Good Student Discount.
