4 tournaments, 1 Championship, 1 Final and 2 semifinals are what these girls have accomplished so far this year which is remarkable. Playing at the Wellington Shootout at Pierson Park in Wellington was another exciting one with games Saturday and Sunday. After a total rain out early in October that had earned the girls a trip to the finals prior to having the tournament cancelled, the girls found themselves destined to be in the finals again for the rescheduled tournament. The stage was once again set to play our tough opponent Wellington Wave in the final who we had beat us in the earlier match in a very exciting ball game. The girls and Coach Christianne were very excited to play Wellington and prove that the loss against them on Saturday was just a fluke.  The players were prepared and ready from the first whistle and played a very strong game and, didn’t give the Wellington Wave much room to play and even though the game was tied at one point we came back strong and finished it off with solid defense and great offensive skills. Again it was a crowd pleaser and the girls could raise their hands with a Championship trophy and a big smile knowing that they are truly a premier U10 team in the state of Florida.
